Rent any car and collect the required number of stars before the car rental pick up date to receive cash back refund of the full price indicated at the time of the reservation minus $5 (five) dollars to cover the price of the car rental. Money will be transferred to your pay pall account. The required number of stars to collect will be indicated at the time of the reservation and depend on the car rental price at the time of booking. To collect the required number of stars you have to send the link provided to your friends. Each friend can help you to get 1 (one) star.

You are responsible for paying the full balance owing to the rental vehicle provider. At all times you are responsible for payment of any additional services/costs requested by you and you are responsible for any other service charges applied by rental vehicle provider. You must pay directly to the car rental agency the local rental rates prevailing at that time.

CarzUp facilitates bookings for vehicle rental services. CarzUp provides vehicle rental introductory services and does not own or operate any vehicle rental companies. Your contract for vehicle rental will be between you and the rental vehicle provider. CarzUp advises that you read and comply with the rental vehicle provider's terms and conditions. Your total car rental rate is calculated based on the information provided at time of reservation. Please note that the car rental rate amount excludes some taxes, fees, discounts or credits, returns or cancellations fees, extended warranties, extra services such as child seats, GPS, gas, airport tax, insurance, additional driver charge, early/late return fees, mileage etc.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Driver must be at least 25 years of age.

CLAIM PROCESS: To receive the refund to your pay pall account, submit your First name, Last name, Country, City, State/Province, valid email address, Booking/reservation Number, paypal account number, Car rental receipt photo with a your photo and a short video of your car rental experience as a proof of rental to [email protected]. Offer Claim Information and Proof of Car Rental must be submitted within 60 days of the Qualifying Car Rental. Offer Claim Information and Proofs of Car Rental that are submitted outside the Redemption Period, or that are inaccurate or contain illegible or incomplete information will be rejected. Offer requests in excess of the foregoing limitation will not be honored or acknowledged.

Upon verification and approval of an Offer Claim Information and Proof of Rental, each Participant will receive an e-mail notification of his/her approval status. In the event an Offer Claim Information or Proof of Rental is rejected, Administrator will send a rejection e-mail with an explanation as to why the Offer Claim Information/Proof of Rental was rejected. Participants will have the opportunity to submit a corrected Offer Claim Information and Proof of Rental. If the Participant fails to submit a corrected Offer Claim Information and Proof of Rental, the Offer claim will be forfeited. Administrator is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a Participant’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Offer e-mails to a spam or junk folder.

OFFER REFUND DETAILS: Upon verification of the Offer Claim Information and Qualifying Proof of Rental (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), the Participant will receive a cash back refund in full car rental price (indicated at the time of the reservation) paid minus $5 (five) dollars to his/her paypal account . Cash back refund will be provided to the Participant’s paypal account submitted with the Offer Claim Information within approximately 2-3 weeks after Offer Claim Submission is approved. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. This promotional offer, extended to consumers, requires that the person receiving the refund make the purchase. PROCEDURES RELATED TO CAR RENTAL BOOKING CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel your car rental booking reservation, all the stars collected may be transferred to the next car rental booking you make within 15 days.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Officers, directors, agents and employees of the Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliated entities, and each of their respective advertising, promotion and web design agencies, independent contractors (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as "Offer Entities") are not responsible for: (i) interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected registrations or requests, or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Offer; (ii) illegible, unintelligible, postage due, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, damaged, late, entries or incorrect or inaccurate registration or order information, whether caused by Internet users or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or by any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Offer; or (iii) for any typographical errors in any Offer-related materials. All registrations and all elements thereof will become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting your Offer claim, you consent to: (i) CarzUp and its affiliated companies using the information you have provided in order to process your claim; (ii) CarzUp using such information pursuant to its Privacy Policy (click here).

By participating in the Offer you allow CarzUp to use all the information provided along with photos and videos in advertising and other publicity in connection with the Offer, including print, broadcast or the internet, such as publication on CarzUp or other website(s) of your name and the fact that you are the Offer winner, disclosure of the fact that you are a CarzUp customer, without any payment or other compensation, and releasing the Offer Entities, as defined above, from any claims or liability relating to the Contest. In the event of any conflict with any Offer details contained in these Terms and Conditions and Offer details contained in Offer materials (including but not limited to point of service, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Offer as set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
